Order Cancelations

You may cancel your order with The Burning Desire by contacting us PRIOR to the shipment leaving our facility.  To cancel an order please call: 913-226-3840.

Please allow  4 - 7  business days for the credit to be applied to your account.

If your order has left our facility you will need to follow the listed return policy.

 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product once received, you may exchange or return product for full credit of the cost of the product within 7 days of receiving the product, with exception of any product from the adult line which includes all toys, condoms, lubes, enhancement items, fetish clothing and toys. All other exchange/returned products MUST be accompanied by original receipt and in original shipping box.  Product MUST be new condition with manufacture tags on the item.  Any exchange/return that does not meet the above criteria will not be exchanged or refunded.  The product will only be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer.   All original and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

This return policy does not apply to discontinued items or items from the Adult Lines.

All exchanges/returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
